So this morning I went to walk a mile on the treadmill. As I was walking, I noticed a small smiley face blue sticker on the corner of the screen. It was right there when I was reminded to Smile Today! It’s the simple signs and things that remind us to smile and be grateful in life. Don’t overlook the small things in life.
