Willpower Wednesday

Www.yourdictionary.com defines willpower as this
“The strength of will to carry out one’s decisions, wishes, or plans. Willpower is defined as discipline and self-restraint. An example of willpower is someone being able to quit smoking. The unwavering strength of will to carry out one’s wishes”

So my question today in the middle of the week will you have the willpower, discipline, self- restraint to meet those goals you set? Are you willing to improve your willpower with practice of setting short term measurable realistic goals first? Setting an obtainable goal and work your way up. Example: sometimes I can do 40 push-ups no problem and other days I can only do 20. My long term goal is to do 46-50. To have the willpower to complete this, I have to get my thoughts positioned, set a goal of at least 2 reps of 20, discipline myself to practice this consistently once or twice a day. Now I am still working on the consistent part;however, I am disciplining myself to at least three days a week. As I become self discipline in three days a week consistently. I will see results of improvement toward my long term goal which will boost my willpower to carry on. I don’t know if that’s the best example for you, but please insert your own personal goal. Where do you lack the willpower? How are you going to increase your willpower(self discipline, self-restraint from short term temptation, and gain the strength to carry on with your decision, goals, and plans)?

Have an amazing midday! Remember to Smile 😊!
