It’s Thursday, and there is one more day to conquer before the weekend. This Thursday morning I had the word harmony stick out to me. I wanted to deviate from it, but my heart wouldn’t let me. I kept reading the definition, and of course, it keeps mentioning along the lines of music chords coming together. I thought, Lord, how do I tie this into a message for Thursday. Then, I read more about agreement and coming into one accord like harmonious relations. So today I want to encourage you in a very interesting and unique way to think of your favorite song 🎶. Think about how the different chords, different instruments, various melodies, maybe different vocalists all combine to make one song that harmony. Well, just like your song, we must learn to come together despite differences amongst those we interact daily with, live with, or even meet. When problems arrive, find ways to create harmony. Sometimes we have to meet in the middle, be reminded to agree to disagree, and most importantly love in the midst. Harmony is so beautiful and our heart is more at peace when harmony is created or even heard. Think about it, when you listen to your favorite song, everything else can be tuned out to hear that melody you love. Just as that song gives you that vibe, work to create a harmonious vibe with those around you. Trust me, I know some people harmony just cannot be in the mix 😂. That is okay too.
