Just because you don’t see something happening doesn’t mean it’s not working out. Soo don’t assume. Don’t go jumping to conclusions when you haven’t fact check. We have to ask questions. We need to get the details. Let’s not jump to a conclusion because of our assumptions. I found myself make assumptions with a friend because I assumed since I didn’t see any work been doing or anything that my friend wasn’t interested in helping any longer. I find out my friend has been working in the background. Now if I would have acted off my assumptions and confronted my friend it would have been a very uncomfortable situation because I assumed. I didn’t ask any more questions. So I encourage you to do fact checks, get details, and don’t assume. Knock down assumptions as soon as you can.
