1 Corinthians 3:6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.
Jeremiah 17:7-8
7 “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
whose trust is the LORD.
8 He is like a tree planted by water,
that sends out its roots by the stream,
and does not fear when heat comes,
for its leaves remain green,
and is not anxious in the year of drought,
for it does not cease to bear fruit.”
Sometimes we go through seasons where it’s like life is all dried up for us and nothing is happening. It’s in these times we must keep the faith and remember there is a seed planted in us and before us we must still trust God to grow it. It still has to be watered. Maybe the water will be your tears in this season, but trust and know God is the source of growth. This is a reminder you still have a seed you must seek God for the growth. He may have you waiting yet He is still with you. What you’re going through might be producing a seed that has to grow. Challenges, difficulties, and the unknown might be causing the drought but in the drought God still has a plan to get water to grow the seed. Don’t give up, and don’t give in. Remember there is seed to grow, harvest season to come but your willingness to seek God, trust Him, and be patient are some keys. Will you keep holding on? Will you trust the process?
