Wait, you telling me, I can create my own prison mentally? I plea guilty. I have had some seasons and moments in my life where I was my hold up. Being a very analytical 🧐 person has its ups and downs. From my own experiences especially negative, I imprison myself with the thoughts 💭 I don’t shake off. I become my own prisoner. Limited by the insecurities I experienced, I imprisoned myself. Well, there are so many factors that play a role to this self imprisonment. Breaking free and breaking away from behind those barriers, I had to focus 🧘🏾♀️ forward and walk into my freedom. It takes courage and recognizing you have imprisoned yourself. Seeking spiritual guidance for help and healing ❤️🩹 has helped loosen the chains ⛓️. Prayers and love from trusted circle ⭕️ helped loosen the chains ⛓️. So today I encourage you to self assess: are you creating your own prison? Are you in your own headspace? Are you holding yourself back from walking into your freedom? Are you keeping yourself from being free? If your answer is yes to any question, start to create a plan that will help you break free from self imprisonment. Don’t forgive everyone else and every thing that has happened to you and not forgive yourself. Start thinking differently and loving yourself more. Be Blessed.
