When I chose rest, I chose to sleep and not worry. When I chose rest, I chose to let go and focus on what I can control. When I chose rest, I chose to let others know what I refuse to do is give energy towards drama, mess, insecurities, or fear. When I chose rest, I chose my health, sanity, peace, salvation and happiness. When I chose rest, I chose to put myself first for the time being to do nothing. When I chose rest, I chose to get out of God’s way and my own blessings. When I chose rest, I chose to ease my mind and exit out my box of thoughts. When I chose rest, I seen the difference my choice made in my life. I was relieved and restful. My mind, body, and energy was restored.
