Self reflecting at the end of the day and beginning of my week. There’s a lot to hear in silence. I am not talking about other voices or noises but the silence is what it takes to sit and reflect. See where you can improve, when you need to go apologize, where you need to grow, what you need to get yourself back to becoming. Silence had me meditate and slow down to just focus and pace. Silence gave me time to dump the negativity from my busyness. Silence reminded me to clean my mental file cabinet and to breathe. Silence had me to place my worship music on and sit still. Silence pulled me away from everyone and everything else to rebuild where I was cracking (mentally, emotionally , physically, and spiritually)
