I connect with my Heavenly Father so sweetly in nature. Everything else is silenced and in the sound of the waves, the breeze from the wind, and the sun shining do I see and hear. I concentrate without distractions and allow my ears and heart to be spoken to. When I close my eyes, I release everything to fully activate my connection. In my mind , I say Lord here I am. Breathing in the air and allowing healing to take place inside out. Sitting in such a calm sweet place to embrace your presence and comfort.
