Be reminded this is your journey. These are your steps to take in life. Regardless if you crawl, walk, or run, this is your pace and your race. The main note I want to leave you with is take it one by one. Sometimes you have to take it by the seconds. That is okay too. As long as you’re moving forward or towards whatever direction you need to be heading , you’re making progress. Piece by piece. Step by step. Day by day. Moment by moment. One. One. One.
To search deep within and put in the time to know yourself before connecting to the world around you is a wonderful journey. There is one thing you get to choose if you never choose anything else in life and that is your journey. The moment you awaken you’re in your story of your life. How are you going to live in your story, your life? Each day I open my eyes I start with a prayer of thanksgiving because everyone didn’t wake up today. I count my blessings. Then, I pray my steps are ordered within this day. May the day begin. Affirmations I speak to set a positive attitude towards today atmosphere. You get to choose how you star in your story. Life is your journey. It won’t be perfect but it is worth living it. At the age of 32, I am finally feeling alive in my own story. After soul searching and self-focus alongside my time with my Heavenly Father, I realized I am finally living my life not for anyone else but for me. For so long I asked others opinions about going places, purchase orders, matters pertaining to my life that only I had the final say so. Now here I am following my heart and trusting I have what I need within to live my life. I trust my experiences have prepared me for life now. I know God is with me every step of the way. I am living in my greatest story. To live my best life, I had to rediacover life for myself. I had to regain trust in self to know I won’t put myself in harms way, I won’t let self down, and give myself space and grace in every area of my life(growth, imperfections, flaws, teachable moments, to get up after a fall) . Are you living in your greatest story? It’s your life. It’s your story. Take care of yourself in order to be the best you.

How much time are you investing in really getting to know who you are? What does investing in yourself look like? Are you able to take time off for yourself? Have you saved to treat yourself? Will you invest in the physical care you need? Are you investing in time, space, and financially in yourself? Self needs to be taken care of as well. You choose the best decisions for you. Be the best version of yourself!
Recently, I invested time in self to really sit with self and thoughts. I removed all distracrions and silenced phone. I left the space and grace I gave myself confident in who I am, loving myself more, and caring more for self. I learned to listen to my body. I invested financially in getting my body stretched by certified people for improving my flexibility and removing muscle tension I had for a long time. There’s no limit to my investing in self. I realize in my one lifetime, I must take care or my body, soul, mind, and heart. It takes time and steps to get there.
