Your words become your seed as you speak them. You water them throughout the day as you continue to speak and believe those words. Plant the right seeds. Water the right seeds. As you see your harvest, plant seeds in others’ lives.

It’s not just for the overthinking folk. It’s for everyone. What I learned today is that sometimes it takes extra words to self in order to keep us going or even to get us to sleep. The words you tell yourself or meditate on is important. Keep it positive.

My heart is filled with a lot of love to give. I also have a sadness I cannot explain. My heart smiles from gratitude. My heart longs to rest assured love will one day hold me and not let go. My heart is filled with hope I dare not give up. My heart is open and ready to spread the joys. As I lay my head to sleep from the lullaby I hear, I close my eyes to visualize my overjoyed heart being loved. My heart still beats.

Fear tries to run me away. The memories of trauma tries to keep me from seeing the progress of healing and recovery on this journey. The date stares me in the face, yet I continue to stand. Though tears flood my eyes and the area around my eyes are left swollen, I repeat the words of Mariah Carey, “I am going to make it through the rain”. Fighting the voice that tells me I am scared, I cannot move past such memories of trauma. I am holding tighter to my faith versus fear. I’ll make it through this night. One day at a time. Moment by moment. I am stronger than I was before. I can make it. I will make it. I am not alone.
