Courage over fear! Iβm stepping into my wholeness. Iβm climbing π§ββοΈ over the mountain. I will not stop the process from making and molding me. With courage I can transition into self love, rebuild myself from brokenness, heal and grow. I will embrace my season with courage. I will make decisions that are necessary for healthy lifestyle. Courage letβs love and live our best lives.
βFear, you thought I ran away for good and was going to stay back. Enemy, you thought my silent walk was keeping me from rising. Setbacks, you thought I was giving up and never going to overcome. Everything and everyone else that doubted or gave up on me, you thought I was done.β~ my personal conversation with these areas in my life
Iβm not done! Iβm just beginning again with a new approach. I got a stronger comeback from Courage. My moral courage is set and stone even if others disapprove, reject me, or embarrass me from standing for whatβs right and going for change. My intellectual courage is here helping me face the stinking thinking I internally feared facing, pushing me pass the box π¦ of fearing risk of making mistakes, and making sure I seek truth no matter what. My emotional courage has kicked in to embrace the positive emotions and preparing me for the negative emotions I will encounter. My spiritual courage has set me up like David against Goliath and empowered me to seek wisdom when answering questions I normally am challenged answering about the unexplainable, faith, and belief. Iβm not done so fear, enemies, inner me, obstacles, and whatever else canβt count me out. The courage will arise for overcoming, conquering, winning, building, protecting, and restoring. This is my growth and journey that Iβm still learning to live it out. So be encouraged with courage to fulfill your purpose and reach destiny.
βHave I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.β ββJoshuaβ¬ β1β¬:β9β¬ βNIVβ¬β¬ https://bible.com/bible/111/jos.1.9.NIV
Lionwhiskers.com states there are at least six types of courage (physical, social, moral, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual)
Wow! While I read about each one, I believe we all in some point of our lives have experienced or came to showing courage in one of these areas.
You never Hear ππ½ anyone say the courage of that person but you mostly hear the nerve of that individual. I believe social courage is a common challenge. I remember being at a conference this year amongst many leaders and it took social courage to remain in the room. I had social anxiety π₯ and experienced discomfort because it was all outside of my comfort zone. I thought if I keep quiet and just listen π§, I wonβt be embarrassed π³ or asked to speak π£οΈ. Wrong! I had a seat that was near three tables from the front where the speakers with the mic ποΈ were located. My seat πΊ was in the middle. The social courage it took once I was called upon to speak π£οΈ in front of all the people who filled the room and those watching live. My heart β₯οΈ was pounding and anxiety π¦ was to the extreme. I took a deep breathe π§πΎββοΈ before I responded. I let the words from the heart to answer the question flow. After this moment of speaking, I received so many compliments and encouragement. I was thanked from those in the crowd for having what they saw as courage to speak. What they didnβt know was I had no choice but to reach for social courage. My final thoughts π were, I hoped I encouraged someone else to face the social anxiety and fear with social courage. The courage you show helps someone else to reach for. As the post from yesterday says courage is contagious. Find the courage you need in your life and just let it rise!
{Courage:mental or moral strength to venture( to proceed especially in the face of danger), persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty-Merriam-Webster}
Today my mindset is this day and any opposition that tries me today better be ready! Iβm full throttle! When I woke up, I started with a conversation with God (spiritual fitness) . I declared and decreed today will B be a good day no matter what ( affirmation and mental health check) I proceeded to turn on motivational clips as I got dressed.(mental deposit) To the fitness center I drive to start my morning workout. (Physical fitness and health) In the middle of my workout time I listen to the Bible app I Corinthians 13.((spiritual meditation)
Why did I share this? Well, because if you start your day of each morning with the mindset Iβm going to go all in and give it all I have, the enemy gotta be scared. You are coming with nothing is going to stop me from getting things done and being who I am today. Today is present and so give it your all. It takes courage to get out of bed and start with some decrees and taking authority. I want hell to tremble when I step out of bed with my mind in tact, my heart in the right place, and my spirit deeply determined. It takes courage to stand through all adversaries, odds, and obstacles with the mindset I wonβt back down. Iβm going to keep going. So I encourage you this week to be courageous! Have some courage! Be blessed!
Laying my head on my pillow in thought land. With every matter, I just want to run ππ½ββοΈ to freedom. Like the birds flying as they please I just want to flow freely with the blow of the wind from the trees π³. Financial bondage, I need an override to freedom. Desires and lust, I need you to hush because I need to break free. Hurt and pain, I need to forgive you so I can experience peace in my freedom. Guilt and shame, I need you to understand I am not the same and need to enjoy change into freedom. Sometimes I feel like Iβm walking back into chains βοΈ but freedom I hold and proclaim. Freedom this is my call.
I encourage you to assess what area in your life are you not experiencing your freedom. Identify areas you might need to seek help(mentally, emotionally, spiritually, socially)and identify areas you can work on yourself to get freed(financially, physically, professionally). Donβt give up!
