“My inner strength comes from my friends. I have a very close group of friends and family, and we all help each other through our dark times.” – Kathy Bates~lovetoknow.com
I value, honor, and cherish family. I respect family no matter what we go through. I believe in family and good friendships. Unity is strength. Don’t just wait to reunite, call, or see family and friends when tragedy happen. Appreciate, love beyond measures, make the calls, send the texts, surprise them. Make the time. Don’t let life pass by. Show some love Now.
Times may be hard, push through anyway. Fear may still arise, push through anyway. Tragedies after tragedy, push through anyway. You may have failed, keep pushing anyway. Delays may be your present circumstance, still push through waiting. Family and friends are not the same, things change, and you keep pushing and praying through anyway. Uncomfortable, unfamiliar territory, and the unknown stands, so you keep pushing through and grow too. What I want you to get is no matter what, push through. Pushing through is going to get you too. Get to your best version. Get to your destination. Get to your purpose. Get to your peace. Get to your joy. Get to your blessings. Push through to get to. You got this even if you feel like you don’t. Push through the doubt and struggles to get to your greater.
There’s still some brokenness within to heal from and become whole again.
“What is it about tears that should be so terrifying? the touch of God is marked by tears … deep, soul-shaking tears, weeping … it comes when that last barrier is down and you surrender yourself to health and wholeness” — David Wilkerson
“Wisdom comes most easily to those who have the courage to embrace life without judgment and are willing to not know, sometimes for a long time. It requires us to be more fully and simply alive than we have been taught to be. It may require us to suffer. But ultimately we will be more than we were when we began. There is the seed of a greater wholeness in everyone.” — Rachel Naomi Remen
Identifying areas in your life where you have been hurt, put down, discouraged, insecure, and etc., it helps you to begin your awareness of what you should pray for healing ❤️🩹. Trust the process. Allow the manifestation of your entirety to be made whole again. Only you and God truly know what is needed to make you complete. When you feel like something is missing within, only you and God know what you need to feel restored, freed, unbroken, and healthy( mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and etc.) It’s deeper than than the surface, something is rooted that needs to be uprooted from within. So identify, become aware, allow yourself time to be restored, and watch for the transformation. Be blessed and encouraged. Do you want to be made whole again?
Have you ever been in a space where things were going fine, but your thoughts 💭 and feelings come in you like negativity?
Let me explain. When you’re growing, doing right, becoming better, focusing forward, the energy and thoughts 💭 can creep in to kick you off balance with off the wall vibes. Off the wall vibes have you feeling unease, frustrated easily, agitated, and looking at everything in a dark view. Rise above it. The first time you catch that vibe or thought creeping in or hovering over you, identify it, find the root, and take control. Start speaking opposite of the negative emotions and thoughts. Take a moment to step back breathe and Rise Above it. Rise Above ⬆️ by choosing to say I’m shaking that vibe off, I will not let these feelings or emotions take over, I control my thoughts not my thoughts control me. Fight the negativity. Speak 🗣 affirmations. Remind yourself of positive, healthy words. Speak life. You can win this. You got this! Negativity had to flee. So smile 😊 and share a smile 😃 because you’re wining against all odds.
1 Corinthians 3:6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.
Jeremiah 17:7-8
7 “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose trust is the LORD. 8 He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.”
Sometimes we go through seasons where it’s like life is all dried up for us and nothing is happening. It’s in these times we must keep the faith and remember there is a seed planted in us and before us we must still trust God to grow it. It still has to be watered. Maybe the water will be your tears in this season, but trust and know God is the source of growth. This is a reminder you still have a seed you must seek God for the growth. He may have you waiting yet He is still with you. What you’re going through might be producing a seed that has to grow. Challenges, difficulties, and the unknown might be causing the drought but in the drought God still has a plan to get water to grow the seed. Don’t give up, and don’t give in. Remember there is seed to grow, harvest season to come but your willingness to seek God, trust Him, and be patient are some keys. Will you keep holding on? Will you trust the process?
