There are some days the load in life seems heavy, but I remember I can cast all my cares upon Christ who strengthens me. Today I encourage you to lay your burdens down before Christ. Allow Him to take the load. Matthew 11:28-30 NIV says “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my home upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Remember you don’t have to walk through this life alone. Also, if it has been a while since you have reached out to a friend or family member, check in and sometimes having a safe space to share or just chat relieves some of your day to day alone. If help is needed beyond social interactions, seek help from a spiritual counselor or professional agency. Don’t struggle or carry on alone if you need help. Life has its challenges and we are all experiencing life, but we don’t have to alone. Some things yes you will go through alone but will become better than before as you learn, grow, and become.
One life to live, know your body, know your mental state, know your limits, know when you need a break.
It’s okay to pause from being all you are and carrying all you have. It’s okay to take time to relax, rejuvenate, rebuild, renew, and refocus.
In the vast expanse of life’s journey, we often find ourselves wandering, searching for that elusive connection that ignites our souls.
You, my dear, have come into my life like a gentle breeze on a summer’s day, effortlessly soothing my weary spirit with your admiration and unwavering perseverance.
Your journey to find me may have been long, but it was not in vain. For in your pursuit, you have broadened my view of life, showing me that love knows no bounds and that patience is indeed a virtue worth cherishing. And now, as our paths converge, I find myself hoping that you are the one I have been waiting for, the one with whom I can share unconditional love and boundless joy.
The sparkle in your eyes is a beacon of light that guides me through the darkness, filling my world with warmth and wonder. Your consistency in pursuing me speaks volumes about your character, setting the tone for what true dedication and devotion look like.
In opening your heart to me, you have paved the way for our communication and trust to flourish. With each exchange, we peel back the layers of vulnerability, revealing our true selves and forging a bond that is unbreakable.
As we embark on this journey together, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for what the future holds. With my heart wide open and my gaze set firmly on the horizon, I am ready to explore the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
May our hearts remain open and our spirits intertwined.
“I’m not the one you’re looking for, and that is okay”
Because I don’t give my time to just any man, does this make me not woman enough?
I walk with my heart open, my eyes beyond the surface, and my time limited.
Does this make me not woman enough?
Because I choose to protect my peace instead of welcome chaos, am I not woman enough for you?
I find myself being careful not clueless.
The time I spent with myself has made me more aware of my needs and desires, what I will and will not allow, value or self control and self discipline, the ability to discern the difference between foolishness and wisdom, and the power in my decision making.
I don’t ask the question, am I woman enough. I ask the question are you the one to invest, build, reap from her sowing and planting, lavish, love and cherish this woman of virtue?
You’ll know the one because the peace within will align. Your questions should be answered without any doubt.
